I'm reaching out to you in a time of need. As you most know, my mother passed Tuesday, March 17th , my sister and I are doing the best to hold things together as we prepare for our Mother's Special Farewell. My mother was a believer in God and big hearted person, who would give whatever she can to help, even if she had only a dollar.
This isn't a easy transition. We need your help.
My grandmother has a 10k life insurance policy on my mother to cover my mom's full funeral expenses, but our decision is not within reason of her desires.
My grandmother would rather pay for a $5000 package of a Viewing, Burial, yet no Funeral nor any professional services. We would like to have a $10,000 funeral inclusive to all needed services, since it would be fully coveraged by her life insurance.
After bittersweet agreement, my Grandma and Aunt (grandma's second opinion) agreed to pay for the Viewing and Funeral service, at $4890 with the policy.
But we are still in conflict with my grandma and aunt for a place of burial. My sister and I have found a beautiful place for my mother to rest, St Mary's cemetery on 65th ave in Sacramento, which will cost another $4800 (estimated). (***We would like to buy Flowers $300+$1500 Head Stone that's not included under policy)
We just want a beautiful farewell for our beloved mother. She has made us into amazing women and we want to bless her with dignity.
We welcome you to my mother's funeral service next Friday March 27th 2015 at 2pm-4pm at Thompson. In advanced, please be respectful, kind, and timely during this service.
