Logline: A grieving young woman seeking clarity on her mother’s death sets out on a prolific hike, haunted each night by vivid, all-consuming dreams.

The story of 'God Speaks in Whispers' is a semi-experimental family drama set on a hike in the Australian Bush. It encompasses themes of Motherhood, grief, guilt, retrospect, and the importance of forgiveness.

The story follows the journey of 20 year old Mia who goes on a hike to become closer to her late Mother. But at night once asleep, finds herself waking up in a very familiar memory. Mia begins to relive this memory of a night spent with her Mother, offering her new perspectives, on old memories.
