God chooses the strongest to FIGHT

Ashley had been experiencing migraines for the last month and went to a few doctors appointments before an MRI was ordered. On July 9th Ashley’s life changed along with her families. During the MRI they noticed a brain tumor the size of 8.5 cm by 5.5 cm in the front of her brain which is also pushing on her left side of the brain. She was immediately transferred to Abbott into the ICU to start the next steps of this life changing journey. At this time Ashley is at home with her family and getting ready for a journey that no one should ever have to go through. Next week Ashley is undergoing brain surgery to remove the tumor. From there they will be testing the tumor to see if there are any signs of cancer. Once they know more a plan of treatment will be in place.

Ashley is a strong person that will beat the outcome, whatever that may be. She will never give up and will focus on her strength, faith and family during this challenge God has given to her.

Please pray for strength and healing, the surgeons and nurses but most of all Ashley, Quentin, Lily, Hudson and August. As Ashley always “says hug your little ones extra tight because you never know when anything can change.”

“Lord give me strength in my weakness. Give me faith in my fear. Give me power in my powerlessness. I am trusting you. Amen”
