Update 2: We've collected about half of what is needed so far, that is amazing! Big thanks to all the donors!! Goblin is hanging in there, he's currently healing improperly.. his muscles are working on creating a false joint in the wrong place. He's got partial use of his bad leg, but it looks scary to me the angle of his leg & the way it moves plus the huge knot on his hip. I'd hate to leave him like this at such a young age (10 months), he'd be in for a lifetime of chronic pain & mobility issues.. I really hope to get him fixed up soon! I think once I get past 1k collected I will go ahead and get his surgery scheduled.

First a big giant thanks to all the generous donors so far! But, we need more please... I got an estimate of $1400 to $1500 for Goblins surgery. They want to do an FHO(femoral head ostectomy) , where they remove the femur head(that little broken piece stuck in his hip scoket), and tighten up the muscles around the hip joint and then as he heals the muscles & scar tissue will create a fully functioning false joint.

I am not usually one to ask for help like this, but my financial options are extremely limited, and my little dude won't get the help he needs if I don't ask for help.. My credit is in the tanker unfortunately, so things like carecredit & scratchpay loans are not an option. Beyond this gofundme, I don't have any good options to pay for this.

Hi friends! My name is Goblin & I've been a bad boy, I'm kind of in some trouble.. my mom and my sisters are very worried about me. You see, as many young cats can be I was a little too rambunctious in my adventures recently.. and I got hurt bad. Hard as I tried, I couldn't hide it from my mom, she found me out and is now making me stay inside! She also took me to the doctor and it turns out I broke my leg in a very bad spot just below my hip joint. The doctor said I need surgery on my hip to save my leg, see my xray below, the piece of joint that broke off is stuck in my hip socket and they said that will cause me worse problems if it doesn't come out. They are referring me an Orthopedic veterinary surgeon. Good lordy that sounds so scary! But, the doctors say that I'm young enough that I'll heal up quickly after surgery and then I'll be just fine! Whew, I hope they're right! I promise I've learned my lesson and I'll be a lot more careful in the future! But... my mom really needs help to pay for my surgery.. she's already struggling to straighten up her finances and just dropped a bunch of money on her new truck so that she could take me to the doctor! Whew, it's been one heck of week! She has no clue how to pay for my surgery. Please if you can help at all that would be amazing! Every little bit will help us! We don't know the cost just yet, or when it will happen, but we will know very soon! We'll update this as soon as we have more details.. Please help save my leg! Thank you so much!
