Goat's Challenge: 75km cycle

So... we go again. 2023 was an interesting year for everyone, and old Goaty was not shielded. I have turned 30, I am dirty (I don't know what that really means), and I am ready to smash a new challenge out.

The challenge... 10k Run in to a 10k Cycle.

I am raising money for two things;

1. CALM - CALM is a charity that support Men with their battle for mental health

2. Paviors Rugby Club - Everyone knows how much I play Rugby, after all I mention it enough. The Club has been so important to me, and the times I have faced difficult battles with my own mental health, the club (amongst others) have been there for me, and it is time to give back!
