Dear Family andFriends,

My best friend has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer and I am asking for your help and support through her battle.   Grace is the most wonderful friend; she's always got my back and this time the tables are turned - I need to be there for her!   You see Grace is my mother.  

I am 24 year old Zac.   And I guess it is a little unique for a guy to express such love and admiration for their mother at this age.   But we have always been close - and best buds.    

The whole cancer experience is new to us  - we've never experienced it in our family or close friends.   The whole process is a little overwhelming and I am learning more each day.   Of course I am feeling fear - of the unknown.   But there is no choice in this battle.   We have to beat this ugly disease they call cancer .. and I am looking for you to help us through this.  

Grace is self employed and the medical bills, while partially covered will amount to much more than we can afford.   As of the end of August, Grace has completed 2 of her 8 Chemo Treatments. and she is now unable to work.
