Aiden Deans was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma on May 24th, 2015. He had surgery on May 27th to remove a 2.5 inch tumor. After spending a week in the Children's Hospital & Medical Center, he was moved to the Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, NE. When he is strong enough to be released from Madonna, he will return to Children’s to have a spinal tap to check for cancer cells and will have a portacath put in place. He is waiting on the pathology results to determine what type and length of radiation and what type of chemotherapy will be used.

Aiden and his family have a long road ahead of them. The Deans family recently relocated to Omaha from Brownsville, TX. Aiden’s mother, Vickie, is a stay-at-home mom and was attending nurse practitioner school, but she has recently put school on hold until Aiden is well. Aiden's father, Mike, recently returned from his second tour of Kuwait. Aiden has two older brothers: Noah (age 15) and Kyler (age 11).

Please help raise money to help this family with their medical expenses during this time. Vickie was the primary caregiver for her mother, Bertha, who lost her fight with cancer in 2009.
