Listener-supported and advertiser-sponsored GO VEGAN RADIO WITH BOB LINDEN is the media powerhouse about everything – animals, food, health, environment, peace, politics, philosophy, justice, sports – and broadcasts the solutions to all the problems about which other talk shows merely complain – war, violence, disease, health care, world hunger, poverty, environmental crisis, deforestation, desertification, soil erosion, resource depletion, air and water pollution, water scarcity, energy crises, habitat destruction - and animal suffering.

Bob’s commitment to ethical, responsible, activist media isn’t new—it’s a lifelong mission. Vegan since 1984, he has pioneered groundbreaking events that put vegan living in the spotlight. From launching Southern California’s first-ever vegan festivals—San Diego FallFest, WorldFest-LA, PlanetFest Orange County, and the globally televised CommunityFest Woodland Hills—to organizing the World Vegan Summit and Expo in LA and Berkeley (complete with the first vegan parade through that city - or any city), Bob has consistently advanced the movement, creating platforms where activism thrives.

In 2001, he broke barriers again, launching Go Vegan with Bob Linden, the first mainstream vegan radio talk show on KRLA in Los Angeles. Rapidly growing to CBS and Clear Channel Radio, Air America Radio Network, Genesis Communications Network, and Cable Radio Network, Bob gave a voice to animal advocacy like never before, while spotlighting the most mind-blowing guests on the broadest range of compelling topics. His commitment to quality, community-service broadcasting began in the late 70's with an accomplished music radio career as Program Director. Bob built highly-successful radio outlets for major corporations like Gannett, Tribune, Jefferson Pilot, United, and Meredith, making magic happen at Jazzy-100 WJZE Washington DC, KIFM San Diego, Love-94 WWWL Miami, The Sound - KNUA Seattle, KKLZ Las Vegas, Star-106 KESI San Antonio, 94-Q WQXI Atlanta, KXFM Santa Maria, CD-101 WPIX / WQCD New York, and Z-92 KEZO Omaha.

For his work in vegan advocacy, Bob was honored with the Shining World Hero Award—a testament to his lifelong dedication to truth and compassion.

Then, tragedy struck!

During the COVID-19 lockdowns, listener donations dried up, advertisers had to cancel, and funding vanished. Go Vegan Radio was forced to shut down—just when the world needed strong vegan advocacy the most. As if that weren’t enough, Bob endured personal loss, followed by a devastating theft, leaving him unable to keep things going and keep projects growing.
