Tani Kaholoaʻa, 2021 Kula Kaiapuni o Kekaulike graduate, sustained serious injuries in a car accident on February 23, 2023. He was medevac'd from the Big Island to Queens Medical Center on Oahu where they performed life-saving procedures.

After several days in ICU, and under the fantastic care of the Queens staff and prayers from family and friends, Tani is now going through the long journey of recovery and rehabilitation on Oahu at the Rehab Hospital of the Pacific.
