Go Ralph! Therapy for his Spinal Cord Injury

I am participating in 2 fund raising challenges in the next two weeks.
1. I am running 5k at an event in Somerset on Saturday 17th August, for which I began training for 3 months ago. Not having run since a teenager and being 68 this is a challenge for me!
2. I am abseiling 100m down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth on Saturday 24th August. This is one of the highest abseiling sites in the UK. I am really scared!
The purpose of these challenges is to raise funds for our little grandson Ralph, the elder twin born to India and Mark on 3rd December 2017. Eight hours after his birth Ralph crashed and had to be resuscitated. he suffered multiple haemorrhages resulting in a spinal stroke leaving him with paralysis below the waist (T12).
But we have Hope...........
