Today is International Women’s Day

This year, I’m doing something bold.

I’ve started a GoFundMe for my divorce. Not because I’m weak — but because I’m choosing freedom.

So many women stay in situations that no longer serve them because leaving is expensive, scary, and overwhelming.

Legal fees, housing, starting over… it adds up fast especially as a single parent.

We shouldn’t have to stay in an unsafe marriage for ourselves or our children and be tied financially to someone’s poor choices because we can’t afford a way out.

But what if we changed that?

What if we helped finance each other’s freedom?

What if leaving wasn’t something you had to do alone?

Today I’m starting a small movement: women empowering women to start again.
