As you may be aware, our condominium's "Go To Guy" Nick Phillips was seriously injured in a vehicle accident.  The good news is that Nick is recovering after extensive surgery.  The difficult news is that he will be out for quite some time.  Subsequently, bills will begin to mount for Nick's family.

Nick is the first to say "no problem" when we ask him to do something on our behalf.  Now is the time to return those multiple favors to assist Nick and his family.
