As many of you may have heard, my best pal Logan Aker is in the hospital after suffering from 3rd degree burns from the waist down. He had just bought a new fishing boat and while trying to get it ready for the water, it had caught on fire and exploded while he was on the boat. He is on the way to Halifax via life flight, while his girlfriend Courtney and new baby girl are travelling by car to meet him there. Now we trying to raise money to cover some of the costs for his family to stay in a hotel close to the hospital, as we are unsure of how long he will require to be in intensive care in Halifax, or how long it will be before he can work again. Anyone who knows Logan, knows how much he cares for others, from Memorial tournaments, to a simple helping hand in a small situation, he is always there. He has the biggest heart and brings smiles to everyone he meets. Any donation big or small would help his family be able to stay close and support him in his tough road of treatment. Thank you!
