My mother and father-in-law recently experienced a devastating house fire that’s happened on New Year’s Eve, that tore through their roof and caused severe fire and water damage throughout their home. Taking more than 12 hours to be put out and 80 firefighters and 10 fire engines to get the fire put out, and Nearly everything was affected or destroyed, leaving them needing to rebuild. They are facing the loss of not only their home, but also essential everyday items, including clothing and basic necessities.
