Donald is a positive person that has always gone out of his way to enlighten the lives of others. Now, Donald needs us to return that light onto him. A few weeks ago, he was placed in the ICU at St. Cloud Hospital. What started off as the flu developed to be severe bacterial pneumonia, collapsed lungs, severe sepsis, C-Diff,  and Diabetic Keto Acidosis because he is also Type 1 diabetic. After being in an induced coma for a week, he was taken off the ventilator only to encounter more struggles. Currently, he is on his 20th day at the hospital with a discharge date to be determined. The ventilator caused damage to his vocal cords and esophagus flap so he is not able to eat or drink. He has had throat surgery, chest tube surgery, stomach tube surgery, and others. Although Donald has medical insurance, his medical costs are accruing. Moreover, he will be unable to return to work for multiple months following his discharge date.  Funds donated will be utilized to pay some of Donald's medical bills and cover some of the expenses needed for his recovery.  Any donations would be much appreciated.
