Hello everyone, 
recently I was hospitalized for a week due to nerve damage from both of my feet to my bulge in my L-4 L-5 disc that would then shoot into my spine and cause severe pain to the point I was unable to walk. I was released from the hospital after a week with a wheel chair and a walker, in hopes of my in home physical therapy would work. However it has come down to me needing to get my spinal tap and a surgery for my nerves. My insurance covered my whole stay at the hospital however I had to switch my insurance to San Francisco county and they take a few months to transfer so they will not be able to cover this procedure. If you know me you know how much I like to get out walk around dance and be all over the place. Any donation is highly appreciated as at the moment I am unable to afford it.
