We are raising money for fabric to make scrubs and other ppe for care workers. Until now I have
been self funding, but now we need help to buy the fabric. Each roll is in the region of £85 so you can see how costs mount up.
The fabric available in the media reports are not easy to obtain but the need is now! Requests are coming in all the time as people prepare for plastic aprons running out etc. Healthcare practitioners are using scrubs rather than their own clothing, so they can have them washed at high temperatures.
The need is massive so if you can send a donation it goes directly to finding fabric.
If you know of any care workers at all that may like some then also let them have my details so we can get them kitted out as best we can.
