Hi everyone, my name is Bri,
I’m reaching out to ask for help for my dog Luna, a 5½-year-old husky who’s been diagnosed with cruciate ligament ruptures in both knees. This condition has made it extremely painful and difficult for her to walk, play, or even do the simple things she used to love — like going on hikes, going to the off leash dog park, or showing off her favourite tricks.
Right now, Luna is on pain medication daily to manage her discomfort, but it’s only a temporary fix, and even that’s not enough. Unfortunately her condition has progressed to the point where she is unable to even go for a short walk. What she truly needs is double knee surgery to restore her mobility and drastically improve her quality of life.
The surgery and recovery process are expected to cost over $10,000, and I’m doing everything I can to make this happen for her — but I can’t do it alone.
If you’re able to donate, no amount is too small. Every single dollar helps bring Luna one step closer to living a pain-free, happy life again. And if you’re not able to donate please consider sharing Luna’s story — it truly makes a difference.
I truly appreciate everyone’s love, support, and kindness. Luna means the world to me, and with your help, she can get back on her feet — literally.
