Selah Grace Henderson was diagnosed with stage four cancer, meaning several cancerous tumors were found, (pending pathology) on Sunday, January 3, 2016.  For a week, she had been diagnosed with pneumonia and then sent to Greenville Memorial Children's hospital on January 2nd.  A CT scan revealed a large mass on her right lung and another on her left adrenal gland (on top of the kidney), a spot was also found on her right hip bone.  Immediate surgery was planned for Tuesday, January 5th.

The surgery went well and they were able to remove a large part of the mass.  They also performed a biopsy of her bone marrow and placed a port.  Chemotherapy will begin soon.

As you can imagine, her parents, Brandon and Michelle Henderson are in need of prayers and financial support as well.  They will be out of work to be with Selah during her journey.
