Papillon Prince was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer in November 2022. The cancer is very rare and not currently treatable . . . . but the doctors have managed to slow its spread.
Papillon has worked in the restaurant industry for the past 20 years but is presently unemployed as she has been in treatment for the last several months.
Papillon is looking for employment but will be unable to go back to her previous career. Her doctor has suggested that she get a job where she can work from home due to the fact that she has a lot of cancer in her bones and is at high risk for fractures.
Papillon is now currently waiting to see if she will get social security or disability or both. The determination will hopefully be made within the next three months . . . hopefully. Further complicating things, if Papillon does get social security and disability, she will not be permitted to make more than a $1,000 per month.
Papillon's monthly bills are around $3,500 monthly. This amount is comprised of rent, food, medications, basic bills (phone, etc.) and dog food for her trusted companions, Kiwi and Coconut.
All donations and thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.
