Support the GNAAS

The Great North East Ambulance Service provide life-saving, critical care services by air and road across the North East, Cumbria, North Yorkshire and the Isle of Man. they receive no government funding, and are entirely funded by the generosity of the public.

Proudly serving the North East, North Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Isle of man, the Great North Air Ambulance Service are honoured to have been able to carry our critical care interventions across the region for over 20 years.

There have been lots of changes to the charity in the last two decades as we have grown and been able to provide a more comprehensive service on a more regular basis.

One trip via Air Ambulance costs over one million pounds for maintenance, fuel and service so we set up a GoFundMe to try and put a dent in the funding costs, and for my birthday, in lieu of gifts or presents I am asking for GNAAS donations to be made.
