Help replace stolen wheelchair

Donation protected
Zach's custom mobility scooter that he worked on for years was stolen a few weeks ago from his San Francisco garage. I want to help him replace it with a folding electric wheelchair which his helpers can put in the back of a car. The small footprint and foldability will also mean he can store the powerchair in his house more securely than in the garage. But, we will also install a custom locking system in the garage and improve the garage security.

The stolen custom scooter was upgraded by Zach with a custom cruise control circuit for arthritis/mobility enhancement, with a grant from a nonprofit: https://www.awesomefoundation.org/en/projects/68553-mobility-scooter-cruise-control-circuit

Over the years, Zach has helped me and others repair their wheelchairs, laptops, phones, and other electronics, often for free, making YouTube videos of the repairs so that other people can learn. Zach often teaches electronics skills from home, online, and at local hackerspaces. We have taught classes and workshops for wheelchair users on repair, modification, and battery maintenance. We hope to hold more workshops in the future!

Please help keep this awesome creator wheeled and able to go out into the world!
