Hi everyone. My 5 year old Great Dane Dave has had a tough life but it has been filled with joy. I rescued him when he was a puppy. He was emaciated and near death. He has helped me though my PTSD and given me a reason to find joy the past few years. He grew up always by the water and has brought so much happiness to everyone he meets. He had his spleen removed in May and now has right side heart failure. His health is declining rapidly and I am going to save the suffering and have him put to sleep. I will then get his ashes back and spread on the beach at our favorite hideaway.
