Round the World Flight Challenge
Donation protected
On February 24-26th two "crews" consisting of middle and high school AEROnauts will compete in the Third Annual Round the World Flight Challenge! We will be locked down in the AEROdrome located in the Aspen Middle School for 48 hours and will fly our Boeing B-314 Clipper Ship Flying Boat around the world using two Redbird Desktop Flight simulators. Each crew member will fly approximately 1200 miles in hopes of raising one dollar per mile. This is a fun way to raise money for the Aspen AEROspace Alliance, a 501(C)3 non-profit charitable organization working hard to bring the benefits of an AEROnautical Education to K-12 students in Aspen, the Roaring Fork Valley, and Beyond. All proceeds will go directly into school classroom equipment needs, including flight simulators. Thank you for propelling our program to new heights!
