Carey has been invited to bring Green Mountain PotStickers to the Church Street Marketplace in 2022. To do so, she’s building the first ever GMPotStickers food cart with your help! This is an exciting opportunity, and we must move quickly because the season is beginning soon. We appreciate all the help and support you give each year and any donation you send!

Carey and Green Mountain PotStickers LLC has been serving classic and creative Taiwanese food with a Vermont twist since 2014 at Vermont’s Farmers’ Markets, event catering, and home catering.

 

Her love for our community (plus her smile shining like the sun) warms us up and brings joy as we enjoy her service and deliciously innovative food. Who expects all this the first time they try her food? It’s a wonderful surprise she shares with all of us. Now, you have an opportunity to show your love and what you think she deserves. How? Carey needs your help to build the first Green Mountain PotStickers Food Cart. Please consider supporting her as she brings her Vermont-Taiwan fusion style and excellent service to the communities we love. This is the year her business needs to grow into the next level: to make the food more widely available to us and even better quality. Carey plans to bring her passion and cuisine to the downtown Church Street Marketplace along with Farmers’ Markets and even more catered events.

 

Carey has been vegetarian for almost all of her life. She fell in love with Vermont’s vegetarian and vegan community since moving here in 2008. She saw that Vermont has many vegetarian citizens yet not many delicious, nutritious, and high quality vegan/vegetarian food options around. She went back home to Taiwan, brought back resources from her roots, and combined these with her amazing cooking skills to introduce her hometown flavors to her new home of Vermont. Carey uses many local resources, farmers, and makers together with her passion for creating fantastic real food.

Since the first day Green Mountain PotStickers opened, The line at Carey’s booth is often the longest in the market. She has many strong loyal supporters in town and even from other states. Even kids love her food! Her personality is full of love and joy, which is how she has earned our community’s love back.
