The Story

Hi everyone,

I am reaching out to you today with a very urgent and humble request for help. As many of you know, I am currently in Mexico, where I recently suffered a severe heart attack.

I underwent an initial emergency catheterization, but due to complications during the procedure, it was interrupted and could not be completed. I now urgently need a second catheterization procedure to fully address the damage and save my life.

As a 65-year-old U.S. citizen, I rely on Medicare for my healthcare. However, Medicare does not provide coverage for medical expenses incurred outside of the United States. Because my condition is too unstable for me to travel back home, I must have this procedure done here in Mexico immediately.

The Goal:

The hospital requires the full payment upfront for the specialized equipment and surgical team. The cost for this second attempt is $24,000 USD.

I have spent my life working and planning for the future, but this sudden medical crisis has created a financial hurdle I can't clear alone. Every dollar raised will go directly toward the hospital fees and the surgical team required to get my heart back to health.
