My name is Rafael Ortiz and I am fundraising for my brother Jorge Ortiz who has passed away on Friday 4/26/24 @ 4:26pm. He had been in the hospital for almost a month and took his last breath on Friday at the age of 41. Jorge is now resting and in God's hands after all his suffering. For those who knew Jorge, know that Jorge was so much to so many. Jorge was a caring and loving person who was always happy and loved to dance. Jorge's smile and unique laughter will stay in our hearts forever.
