My name is Lincoln and my mother, Sandy, recently passed away from a rare form of cancer diagnosed earlier this year.

Many of you have offered your love and memories and asked about other support. In lieu of funds for a memorial or other offers, we are raising money to support an educational fund for her beloved grandchildren, Ryker and Karter, for whom she became a dedicated grandmother, helping to raise them without hesitation.

Her commitment to caring for others, evident to her friends, colleagues, and all who knew her, is something she tried to impart to her fellow nurses, doctors, and family. All will miss her, and a gift to her legacy—her grandchildren—will offer opportunities she hoped to give to them herself!
