Hello, my name is Henry. In January, I underwent a left leg amputation and am currently going through recovery and rehabilitation. Although insurance covered part of the cost of my prosthetic leg, I am still responsible for a large copay along with everyday living expenses.

I am currently unemployed, which has made keeping up with these costs even more difficult during this challenging time. I am seeking contributions or any assistance to help cover half of my prosthetic copay and basic living expenses while I focus on healing and rebuilding my independence.
