Help me move out of a toxic living situation

I'm currently in a toxic living situation where my roommate is trying to illegally evict me by constantly throwing out my things. So far my bike, crock pot, blender, & toiletries have been thrown out. I'm trying to move out before things escalate because I don't want to have to involve the state. This has taken a toll on my mental health and sense of stability. Please share and donate.
