GM Kuoha needs help-Rehab,Recovery, & Transport!
Donation protected
I am, Sensei Cherlyn Kuoha Martinez, GM Kuoha's eldest daughter. Some of you may or may not know that GM recently suffered a MAJOR stroke, 2 strokes in previous years were never near as bad. He has been hospitalized in Las Vegas, as he was treating his wife to her birthday celebration when the stroke occurred, for the last 11 days. He lost complete feeling and use of his left side, which is why he has been trying to rehabilitate himself back to normal. He is progressing very well, but for him, just not fast enough. His demeanor is low. He can be discharged from the hospital, but he has to be directly transported to a rehab facility in order to get help from insurance. The insurance company now says they will only pay for a long term care nursing home with no rehab. He can only travel by medical vehicle, ambulance or helicopter, back to AZ for insurance to help. These are all very unexpected costly expenses.
I want to express my deepest gratitude for all your prayers and love. I am asking you at this time to please dig a little deeper and donate what you can to help him with these expenses. You all know how giving he is to all of you. He would give the shirt off his back if someone needed it, let us all show our support for him as well. Some of you he has been more than generous in your time of need. In the event you can't give at this time, please share to others. Let's do our best to help him! I am grateful to all of you.
Much aloha,
Sensei Cherlyn
