Hi, I’m Alexxis Sanchez, a restaurant manager, gluten-free foodie, and celiac advocate on a mission to bring something San Diego desperately needs: a 100% gluten-free, full-service restaurant that’s safe, inclusive, and delicious.
After living with celiac disease, I know how difficult — and sometimes scary — it can be to eat out. Cross-contamination risks are everywhere. Options are limited. And it feels like an afterthought at most places.
That’s why I am so passionate about bringing an award-winning, dedicated gluten-free restaurant to San Diego — a city where over 10,000 people are living with celiac (and many more are gluten-sensitive or choosing gluten-free lifestyles).
I’m already in conversations with industry partners and professionals, and I’m building the foundation right now. But to bring this vision to life, I need help from the people who believe in this as much as I do.
