Glow’s Save Their Summer campaign is back!

This summer we’re supporting Glow to create happy memories for children impacted by domestic abuse…

We’re proud to share that Glow, our domestic abuse specialists, has relaunched their Save Their Summer campaign - and we’d love your support.

If you were with us back in 2021, you might remember the original campaign, which raised over £3,000 to support Glow’s children and young people over the summer months.

This year, we want to build on this success and create even more happy memories for children and young people supported across our community and safe accommodation services.

Sadly many of the children Glow supports have never had what most of us would call a ‘normal’ summer - things like a trip to the cinema, a picnic in the park, or a takeaway on a Friday night. This campaign is all about changing that.

Through Save Their Summer, we’re inviting you to directly help us create these special memories through to tangible donations that will give a child a special moment to remember.

Here’s how your donation could help:

• ️ £5 could pay for a child’s first-ever cinema ticket

• £10 could fund a visit to a local wildlife centre

• ️ £20 could cover a meal out for a mum and her two young children

Living with domestic abuse can leave long-term effects on a child’s confidence, emotional wellbeing, and relationships. Through Glow’s specialist support in schools, the community, and our refuges, we’re helping young people rebuild and rediscover what happiness looks like.
