Gloves Up for Austin Tang

Austin was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma, after being in remission for 6 years. He's since been putting up a hell of a fight over in Copenhagen with the support of his everloving wife Liz.
On January 9th Austin returned home after a walk with Dallas (Austin & Liz’s dog) when he was struck with an intense headache. The pain was severe enough that he asked Liz to call an ambulance. While waiting on the ambulance he collapsed on the floor with a seizure. Upon arriving at the hospital he was diagnosed with having two cancerous tumors in the brain, one that was bleeding on his optic nerve and a second that was in a “free floating space”.
In two separate surgeries, the surgeons removed the two tumors after which he was medically sedated to allow his body to rest. When they first brought Austin out of the sedation last week, the stress and discomfort on his body was too great and they had to intubate and sedate him again.
As of this week they have been bringing Austin out of sedation slowly. Austin is no longer on the ventilator and is able to breath on his own. He is still mildly sedated and they are treating him for ICU delirium.
Liz has been by his side reading letters from friends and family and Austin’s mom Melissa was able to fly over Wednesday to be by Austin’s side along with Liz.
His Oncology team in Denmark think he will receive better treatment at Mayo here in the US. As of now e are currently exploring all of the options to do so but will likely entail putting our guy on a medic aircraft or having a critical nurse bring him on a commercial flight with ambulance transport. The cost of this is astronomical. That's not to mention getting their fur child Dallas and all of their belongings back home either. Let's rally folks!
