About the Founder
I am, Fred Flenorl Jr., the founder and lead Spin instructor of Glory Ryde, Mobile Spin Studio. I am a former collegiate athlete with a degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Tennessee at Martin. During my junior year of my football career I suffered a career-ending injury to my cervical spine resulting in spinal fusions.
After this injury, my life was forever changed. I no longer was physically able to play the sport I worked 11 years to perfect, I no longer had a comfort zone in my sport, I was forced to change and find a new path in life. I went through a transitional period in my life where I began to reinvent myself, Glory Ryde is the product of the redirection that took place in my life. I have found a new love and passion for Spinning and have decided to make it a career. On the bike I am able to empower and energize others…which is funny because no matter my path in life my purpose, my God-given talent is to inspire and empower those around me. About Glory Ryde
We have been working on this project for a while and are so happy that we now have the opportunity to make it a reality.
With your help we plan to bring St. Augustine and the surrounding cities a professionally designed Mobile Spin Studio, Glory Ryde. We will be an official Spinning studio through Mad Dogg Athletics and utilize a custom designed 8 X 28 X 8 foot cargo trailer as the infrastructure of the studio. Official Spinner bikes will be utilized as well as a Spinning Bio Wireless Computer for cadence and heart rate monitoring. A healthy refreshments bar will be added for pre and post workout snacks and beverages.

What will set us apart?
We are offering a delivery-style fitness service, where WE COME TO YOU. Schedule an appointment online for one-on-one or group training or meet us at various locations throughout the week. We also provide fitness parties offering spin classes tailored to your needs, along with an open refreshment bar!
The Spin classes will be held within the customized trailer as well as outside in order to provide a unique experience with every ryde.
The experience and atmosphere of our Spin Studio will be filled with continuous energy and positivity, incorporating high-energy music and knowledgeable certified spin instructors.
We are customer-centered and driven. Every component (class times and intensity levels, pricing, etc.) of our business model is centered around the convenience of our customers.
What does the future of Glory Ryde look like?
Once our first establishment is profitable and successful we plan to open more mobile fitness studios in different areas offering a variety of fitness programs (Zumba, Body pump, yoga, etc.)
In the near future we plan to offer classes tailored to the deaf community in the St. Augustine area.
What will your support do for our company?
You will essentially help Glory Ryde become a reality.
This is only our first phase of fundraising. Our goal for phase 1 is to raise enough money to purchase the trailer and Spinner bikes. Phase 2 will be to purchase other necessary equipment.

• $5000= 10 Spinner bikes
• $400=generator (purchased)
• $400 = 8 Spinner bike computers
• $350 = trailer exterior design
• $239= Website (purchased)
• $300= Advertising
• $750= Stereo system plus headset (purchased)
• $800= Miscellaneous gym equipment (towels, health bar food & supplies, first-aid kit) (purchased)

Risks and challenges
With every uncharted territory or new adventure there will be a great number of associated challenges. Some of which can be anticipated and some that will remain unseen until encountered.
Among the team members and our amazing supporting personnel we believe we are equipped to tackle any obstacle head on.
Glory Ryde may not be able to keep up with the demand of increased customers. As we increase we plan to hire more energetic and enthusiastic certified Spin instructors in the area.
The team members bring valuable experience in regards to customer service and fitness experience. However, there is limited knowledge and experience in the business administration aspect. We have however, committed to learning and progressing daily and seeking out mentorship to aid in the smoothness of opening the spin studio.
