Isla Urbana - Mexico City (

Mexico is facing a water crisis and it is projected to have huge water deficits by 2030 if we don’t start acting now. Today, at least 250,000 people in Mexico City alone do not even have a connection to a water network and millions of people lack decent and safe access to this precious resource.

Isla Urbana an incredible organization that is tackling this crisis hands-on and is becoming the largest growing movement in Mexico to promote the transformation of rain water into clean water.

Our Goal: $1,050 USD

This funding will help a family that currently does not have access to clean water and provide them with a system and resources that will allow them to harvest their water for 6 to 8 months every year of constant clean water supply.

This includes: Training, full water system, filters, installation and follow up visits to ensure productivity.
