Glen's Bucket List
Donation protected
I am fundraising to make some treasured memories for my husband who has terminal cancer.
Glen has always worked hard and he was a Tower Crane Operator (a job that he absolutely loved - unfortunately he has had to retire due to his illness)... You may even know about him as he rescued someone from a burning building using his crane at work in Reading on the 23rd November 2023.
What he did brought a family man back home to his own family for which we are forever grateful.
He was selfless and brave and this lead to him winning an award in the Bravery category at the BBC make a difference awards last year. This is what happened.
As a family of three myself, Glen and our fifteen year old son we would like to make some lasting treasured memories together whilst we can, as well as cover any medical costs that may arise, any donation is appreciated.
I am currently working two jobs just to cover basic bills so don't have the extra to just do simple nice things or enable our son to spend the time with his dad at this integral part of his life. Our son is acutely aware that he may not have much time left with his dad and stays so positive. He is also very attached and his dad means the world to him.
Thank you for any donation that you are able to give.
Best wishes
