Glenn Matthews funeral fundraiser

Hello everyone my name is Darrell Crow.

i am devastated to tell you all that after a series of brain injuries our dear friend, son and brother Glenn Matthews has sadly passed away.

Glenn is a life long friend and somebody who always had a smile on his face.

in the 30 years I knew Glenn I never once heard him speak a bad word about another person !

Glenn was struggling for sometime with kidney disease which he was having regularly dyalasis for.

At the end of last year Glenn suffered a stroke which caused damage to the front of his brain but after some time in The Royal London Hospital he was transferred to a rehabilitation unit in Chingford.

all was going well for Glenn when tragedy struck and he had a massive bleed on the brain.

unfortunately this was very severe and despite all of the efforts by an unbelievable team at the London Glenn finally passed after fighting for 2 weeks.

Glenn was 47

Glenn has a very small family with no wife or children and basically just his mum who herself has been extremely poorly.

it would be amazing if we could all get together and try to help Glenn’s mum out as Iv discovered since organising his funeral plans with mum just how ridiculously expensive funerals can be.

Glenns funeral will take place on 10th June in Beckton East London so I’d really love to try and get as much money as we can in the next 2 weeks to help his Family .
