I have always wanted to run the NYC marathon. Every year I watch it on TV and say I want to do that one year. On December 29th of this year, I will be turning 50 and set a goal years ago to run the marathon before then. So this is it. It is now or never! Also, I like to raise money for a good cause.

I currently serve as a Board member to The Unsung Siblings Foundation and raise money for families affected by autism as well as Veterans in need of services that are not typically afforded to them like service dogs. Recently, a good friend introduced me to the work of an amazing foundation called, NYPD With Arms Wide Open (WAWO). I am honored to have been chosen by them to represent their cause.

Your selfless donation toward our 2021 TCS NYC Marathon team goes directly to NYPD families in need - those with special needs and/or medically complex children. NYPD With Arms Wide Open is available to any cop, active or retired, regardless of rank.
