Glenn Clayton has lived on Cressman Road in Shaver Lake for over 40 years.  His home burned to the ground in the Creek Fire.  He has always been a rock for the Pine Ridge community.  Not only has he always been there for neighbors when in need but he has also spent countless years plowing the roads in the winter, repairing the roads in the summer and generally making our community a better place. I don’t think he knows how to say no when someone asks for assistance. He also gives back to our community and the surrounding areas in countless ways. He makes beautiful wooden trucks and tractors  which he gives to the local fire departments, schools and charitable organizations which they use to raise money.  He is also a member of the PROF’s (Pine Ridge Old Farts) and has worked to help them raise money to get Christmas gifts for needy children in the area.

My husband and I moved to Cressman Road ten years ago and without the friendship and aid of Glenn our lives would not be the same.  More than anything we want him back in our community and we’re hoping that through this go fund me it will help him to rebuild his home.
