Aloha All,
This campaign is to help the ohana (family) of Glenice "Gleni" Brown. At the end of August 2015, Gleni underwent a procedure to help remove a blockage in her bile duct. There were complications during the procedure and She went into shock during the procedure and began fighting for her life in the ICU. She regained her strength and got off the breathing tube, but there would be no road to recovery. Her doctors discovered three masses in her abdomen were cancer, and the cancer had spread to her entire abdomen. Because of her fraile state, she is not a candidate for treatment. She now needs hospice care, and around the clock nursing staff. Her children are trying their best, but with their own careers, young children, and limited expenses - money is tight. Nurses are $25-$45/hr or $400/day for her care. Any donation or amount will help her family pay for her perscriptions to keep her comfortable, since her pain is extreme, will pay for nurses to care for her, her medical bills and lodging. We appreciate any amount, and we appreciate all prayers during this difficult time.
