Help Glenburn Regional Park Build a New Concession

Tragically at the beginning of September Glenburn Regional Park lost their concession and clubhouse to a fire. It was a total loss and devastating to say the least.

Part of the building was original from when the park opened in 1967.

We had some insurance coverage, but as most of you know it never seems to be enough when it comes to replacing a big loss.

Our hope is to have a concession up and running by next season. It will take a lot of work and money to make this happen. As a board will make every effort to ensure our park has the amenities everyone is accustomed to.

We hope surrounding communities will consider donating as this is just not a park located near Maymont, but was founded by many neighbouring communities (Maymont, Fielding, Radisson, Richard and Borden) and RM's (Douglas, Great Bend, Mayfield, Eagle Creek and Glenside) in hopes for everyone to enjoy.
