Glen Lilly's Fight Against Throat Cancer

Hi, My name is Janice McLeod and I'm raising money to help my big brother Glen through his fight with Throat Cancer.

Glen is one of those people that lights up the room when he walks in. He is full of energy and has endless love for his family and friends.

Glen has not been able to work for over a month and will not be able to return to work for another few months. Thankfully, he has medical insurance to cover some of the expenses. His loss of income is making it very difficult to stay afloat; pay rent, buy groceries, gas, etc., as well as pay for medical expenses not covered by insurance.

Glen has chosen to meet this challenge head-on & take on the fight for his life. Due to the lack of health tissue he is unable to have surgery to remove the tumor. He will begin Radiation within the next few weeks. He has a rough road ahead with 5-6 weeks of daily radiation treatments. Radiation for throat cancer carries many risks since it is so close to your teeth, tongue, and brain. In preparation for Radiation, he has had two teeth pulled and will be getting a feeding tube placed. Glen is strong in faith and would appreciate your prayers.
