Sadly my lifelong friend Glen Doggett lost his home this week in the Butte County wildfires. He was able to leave with only his dogs, his truck and the clothes on his back. He lost everything. His home was destroyed in minutes. He lost sentimental family heirlooms and his collection of rock art and memorabilia collected over years of concerts, performing and road trips. Now he faces the daunting task of rebuilding his entire life and livelihood. I have known Glen since the late 70s when we were students in Kempsville Junior High School in Virginia Beach. He is a part of my heart and I am beside myself with sadness and helplessness. If you have the ability, please consider extending a hand to help him get back on his feet. All donations will go to Glen. And I will cover any GoFundMe fees.
