Hey friends.
This year, without a doubt, has served up the most challenging series of medical un-niceties I could possibly have imagined.
I have been quite pragmatic with money, but this summer has blown me away financially.
- In early May, I had three midbrain strokes and a stay in the hospital.
- In late May, I developed multiple pulmonary embolisms and had another stay in the hospital.
- At the very end of June, I had a hemorrhagic reaction, and my clotting levels went bananas, leading to - you guessed it - another inpatient stay.
- In mid-June, I was hit with shingles. No hospital stay this time, but the extreme pain made it hard to work.
- In mid-September, my gall bladder attacked and did me rotten to the tune of 12 more days in the hospital.
- That's four hospital stays in four months. It is nearly impossible to prepare for such a thing.
Currently, I'm fine, but I'm afraid to look behind me. LOL
I just need some financial help to get through the next 2-4 weeks. Anything you can contribute will help more than you can imagine.
