Hi there, we are a team of current and former journalists from the Glasgow Times , joined by our friends from The Herald.

For the second year in a row, we are taking on The Great Scottish Run on October 5.

All of us are excited to challenge ourselves and run the 10k or the half-marathon at this year's event.

But we need your help! We are raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust , a charity supporting young people living with the disease.

Every pound will go straight to the organisation, so please get involved if you can and cheer us on this October!
