Funeral Expenses for Gladys Martinez

My name is Alice Chin-Martinez, and I am fundraising to help with funeral services for Gladys, the best mother-in-law in the world. She lost her battle to cancer and gained her wings on June 10, 2022. 

Gladys was the type of person who always cared for others before herself. Giving up her career, caring for her husband (Eduardo)of 60+ years, caring for her children (Irene & Eddie), grandchildren (Sirena & Brandon), and caring for her extended family and many friends. 

 

Since I lost my mother when I was a teenager, Gladys happily filled the void and I will forever be grateful she took me in as her second daughter. My fondest memories will be times we spent in her kitchen with her teaching me how to cook Puerto Rican dishes. 

Gladys was my Husband's heart and rock, and I cannot express how sad he is at losing his mom. He has not missed a Sunday call to his mom since we have been together for 30 years.

 

Her passing has been devastating to the family and she will be deeply missed. 

 

Many people have asked what they can do for us so we are asking for help with the financial burden of her funeral.
