I am writing on behalf of the 8U football team of Glen Lea Youth Football Association.  In an ever growing commitment to our players, we strive to provide lifetime opportunities and experiences that will encourage positive behavior and academic success.  Our coaches have worked tirelessly over the last several months with preparing our children to be great student athletes and even better young men.  Due to their efforts our team became the VAUYFC 8U conference champs!

We have been awarded an opportunity to travel with our team to Plant City, Florida in hopes to WIN the VAUYFC National Championship.  As you know traveling can be a costly expense and we need your help.

The tournament will take place the week of December 7-December 13, 2019. The estimated cost of the trip is roughly $8,000.  Expenses will cover transportation, food and lodging of 6 coaches and 21 players for the full week. 

As a pillar of our community, we are asking if you are able to donate toward the necessary cost of the trip to make this journey successful. No amount is too small and every little bit can go a long way.  Your involvement will provide our children with an experience they will never forget.  It is the generous donations from our family, friends and local community that help our players thrive.
