Going After My Dream
Donation protected
I attended Aveda Institute over a decade ago and have been so grateful to keep my studies going through friends and family-Especially having stable income to provide shelter for my cat Lou and myself! Just a queer artist focusing on giving back to my community and I cannot do it without YOUR help!!
When living in New York for 5 years, I acquired some pretty extensive medical bills and with that came some healing that was much needed to be in my best mental and physical space to serve others from a whole heart. I would like to say though it was tough, it shaped me into loving my craft endlessly and providing memories with my clients from a very pure place.
I have $7k that is needed to pay off the debt to the school, before my credit hours can be released to TDLR.
If you contribute, it is going back to the community through consistent and valiant efforts to make up for the 10 years of visions in the works. I remain a student and understand there is so much to still learn; in regards to refresher courses, color and cutting classes, new techniques and building a kit.
Once I get my footing established my dream is to be an independent artist and build in a space a clean slate- for photoshoots with a full experience of make up and hair and embracing the individual’s image, as I have dreamed for so long.
Please help me on this journey and share with anyone who has a big dream story too! It is possible to live the life you want and we can uplift each other in the process too!
Love and Life,
Madison Groves
