Supporting a Vision

Non-Corporate Girls, LLC has been in existence since August 2018. Since its inception, both founders Ayanna Dutton and Delaila Catalino have put in their time, dedication, resources, and full financial backing to get it off the ground and sustain it. It has been a labor of love turned into their life's works. While juggling full-time jobs and the ebbs and flows of life they have managed to build a corner of the internet that is in demand. A place where professionals, entrepreneurs, and hustlers who need support, want to thrive in their careers and maintain a balance of wellness can get their needs met. Through the trials and tribulations that both Ayanna and Delaila have faced their podcast has told the stories that so many have resonated with. Over 100 episodes and 30+ guests later the duo has evolved to offer more but at a level more challenging to live up to.

This is where we lean on you; our community! It truly does take a village to pursue endeavors that cater to so many but the resources are limited to help with the reach. Non-Corporate Girls is currently asking to help build out your digital hub and relaunch this Fall with the intent to provide resources, a content hub, and give access to black and brown people who could use the information to further their careers and passions.

Your help will directly contribute to BIPOC creatives who will assist in helping us get this off the ground. We struggled with asking for this help and support because of the sensitivity and mourning that the world seems to constantly be in. In the same breath, learning that we have to keep creating moments of joy, adding to the ways we can make the world a little better, and fulfilling our life's purpose of giving back.

Would you please consider helping us reach this goal? To thank you at a later time we hope to plan a day of community where we can then present the final project we have been working on. Share with friends, families, those in support of media professionals, and fellow entrepreneurs who understand the grit, hard work, late nights, many no-s, and the in-between hardships experienced while trying to build something of longevity.

Thank you to everyone who has helped us get to this point and those who will help us get further. You are just as much a part of the journey!

Note* Absolutely no profit is being made from these donations. 100% of the funds from these efforts will go directly to the creatives who will be compensated for their talent and time.
